During my 15+ years of experience, I’ve had the pleasure and opportunity to work with many great people. As I’ve grown in my career, I’ve learned that I highly value:
1. Planning - Having a successful product requires setting the right parameters, providing the knowledge, time, and tools for the teams to have clarity and focus on what needs to be achieved.
2. Transparency - My clients and direct reports are provided the best information available so they can make decisions that are good for the product and themselves.
3. Collaboration - I’ve learned that producing the best results requires the input of a wide range of people and perspectives. It is important to be open to providing or receiving feedback.
4. Patience & Mentorship - It took a lot of advice and time on the part of others to get me to where I and in my career and I try my best to provide that same care and insight to those I manage so they can be successful in their own careers.
